Model HW100 and HV100 Series gas-fired residential boilers have thicker walls and up to 30 percent more cast iron than competitive boilers, allowing for better heat transfer, heat retention, and a fuel efficiency rating of up to 84 percent, claims the manufacturer. The HW/HV100 boilers are designed with a compact footprint and an internal draft diverter designed to ensure high-efficiency venting and the safe discharge of all combustion products. The insulated metal casing has a removable front panel. The HV100 boilers feature an efficient power-vented draft system that provides the user with an option of venting flue gases up the chimney or directly through an outside wall. HV Series boilers are available in sizes ranging from 50,000 to 150,000 MBtuh, and are offered with the company's hot-surface ignition. HW Series boilers are available in sizes ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 MBtuh and are available with a standing pilot and/or intermittent ignition with a vent damper for natural gas or propane applications.
