MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - "Focus on the Customer" is the theme for the Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada's (HRAI's) 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held Aug. 25-27, 2005, at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario. According to HRAI, this meeting will build on the successful format of the 2004 meeting, providing delegates with business sessions that will meet the needs of HRAI's three divisions: Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors of Canada (HRAC), Canadian Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Wholesalers (CHRAW), and HRAI Manufacturers Division and associate members.

The AGM kickoff breakfast will feature keynote speaker Donald Cooper whose presentation on human marketing will show delegates how to increase market share and profitability and own their customers for life in the face of ever-stronger competition. Cooper has helped companies in more than 40 industries throughout the world to redefine and reinvent themselves to create, deliver, and communicate compelling value. As a manufacturer, Cooper Canada became one of the world's leading makers of hockey equipment. Cooper has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association.

AGM registration packages will be available in May.
