In addition to expanded content, Version 2.0 includes a variety of navigation features. HI has also launched an interactive job board, HI Career Headquarters (HQ). By visiting "Career HQ" on the HI Website, www.pumps.org, employers as well as industry recruiters can use Career HQ to reach pump and pumping systems professionals. According to the company, pump manufacturers and key suppliers to the pump industry stand to benefit from Career HQ.

"The new site is designed to connect talented people with quality jobs," said Mary Silver, HI manager of member services and technology.

Employers using HI Career HQ can take advantage of targeted advertising exposure, online job management, résumé searching access, and competitive pricing. Job seekers will have access to job postings, personal job folders, and e-mail and RSS feeds for new job notification.
