Obituary: Frank J. Weiland

McHENRY, Ill. - Frank Weiland, 60, a long-time member of the HVAC industry, passed away Dec. 17, 2005. He was employed by York International in Elmhurst.

Earlier in his career, he had been employed by Lennox Industries Inc. for more than 20 years, first as a territory manager in the Chicago area, later as a district sales manager in the Des Moines, Iowa, branch. In 1991 Mr. Weiland earned Lennox's L Award for outstanding sales performance.

Mr. Weiland also had been a district sales manager with Midway Supply, the Chicago-area Trane distributor, and had worked with Temperature Equipment Corp., a Chicago-area Carrier distributor. Mr. Weiland is survived by his wife Judy (Johnson), daughters Christine Ford and Janeen Norberg, and brothers Bill Weser and Robert Weiland.
