Alabama Contractor Stays In Touch With Newsletter

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - All Seasons 500 Heating & Air, one of The News' 2003 "Best Contractor to Work For" winners, keeps in touch with its customers with seasonal newsletters.

For example, in its October 2003 newsletter, the company listed a recipe for Halloween "Gumdrop Pumpkins," news about electrical rates following an increase in rates announced by local utility Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), and photographs from its "Customer Appreciation Picnic."

All Seasons also included its 100 percent satisfaction guarantee, business hours, and a welcome to two new team members.
