KINGSTON, Mass. - Robert (Red) Fawcett, president of Kingston Oil, announced that Jeffrey Champignie is a new burner technician and Maura Shepard has been hired as a service coordinator.

Champignie, a Halifax, Nova Scotia resident, is certified as an oil heat installation and service technician by the New England Fuel Institute (NEFI). "NEFI is one of the region's most respected organizations for the training and licensing of heating oil technicians," the company said. Champignie has also completed an apprenticeship.

Shepard's responsibilities as service coordinator for the Service Department include customer relations, scheduling, and prompt service follow-up. She handles customer requests while supporting Kingston Oil's office staff. She received her B.A. in psychology from Stonehill College.
