MARION, Ohio - Rhodes Mechanical Contractors, a full-service HVAC company, recently purchased local business Voisard Plumbing and Heating from Service Experts, Richardson, Texas.

In an article in The Marion Star, owner Denny Rhodes said that he wanted to make the changes seamless and that he has given former Voisard employees the option of working for the newly-formed company.

Rhodes does design, installation, and service work on commercial, industrial, and residential projects, including mechanical contracting, construction, plumbing, welding, electrical, and other mechanical contracting services. The company has been owned and operated by Denny Rhodes since its inception in 1970.
