According to the organization, the program is designed for anyone in a management position in an oil heat company or anyone being groomed for a senior management position. Oil heat educators and consultants will teach seminars. Their topics will include how to perform an in-depth company financial analysis, calculate true costs for service plans, increase delivery efficiency, and improve credit and collections.
