The AirSenseâ„¢ Model 307 carbon dioxide (CO2) monitor features a single-touch calibration button. Technicians in the field can calibrate the monitor by removing the port cap, plugging in the 2,000-ppm cal gas, available from the manufacturer, and pressing the calibration button. A green LED will blink once the process is complete. The monitor delivers data monitoring via 0-10 V output; 4-20 mA output is optional. The standard measurement range is 0-2,000 ppm; a 0-5,000-ppm range is optional. If the unit is accidentally wired backward, the unit won't turn on, alerting the technician to re-evaluate the wiring. The unit can be installed on a standard electrical junction box in new construction projects or it can be mounted on the wall. The monitor has a metal-chromated CO2 sensor housing.
