The Oregon Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ORACCA) and ICF Consulting are holding a "Maximum Performance Training Series" for HVAC contractors. The series of training sessions are planned for the Gensco-Albina facility in Portland, Ore.

The first session, titled "Maximum Performance HVAC Organizations," will be held Sept. 29-30. The course will help contractors "take a fresh look at [their] entire business operation and build a solid foundation for change."

The second session, titled "Maximum Performance HVAC Retail Selling," will be held Oct. 20-21. The course will show retail salespeople "how to develop and implement a strategic sales process."

Three other courses are planned, but no dates have been announced. For more information, visit www.oracca.org or call 360-834-3805. For information on ICF Consulting, visit www.icfhvac.com.
