The Oregon Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ORACCA) kicked off its first direct mail campaign. The campaign involved 66,000 pieces of direct mail.

In the chapter's October newsletter, ORACCA president Mark DeFrancisco noted, "My hat is off to all those that participated in being part of the development and design. In my opinion, all their efforts will be rewarded with the success of the program.

"I would like to give a special thanks to Sarah Johnson at Ecos Consulting for all her hard work on the designing of the direct mail pieces and all of her effort in helping to organize this campaign."
