Contractor Recognized For 100-Percent NATE Certification
There are currently more than 17,500 NATE-certified technicians throughout North America, but only a handful of companies have every member of their technician workforce certified by NATE.
"Air Assurance is the first contractor to complete the process and register for compliance, showing that all of their technicians hold a NATE certification," said Carl Smith, director of marketing and public relations for NATE.
Mike Rampey, president of Air Assurance states that his technicians set 100-percent NATE certification as a team goal.
"We believe it's important for all of our technicians to be NATE certified," said Rampey. "NATE certification lets our customers know that we're sending out only the best to service their home's comfort system. The NATE-certified technician we send to a customer's home has proven knowledge of heating and cooling."
"NATE certification is the industry standard for certification," said Smith. "Manufacturers, contractors, wholesalers, the U.S. Department of Energy, the EPA and its Energy Star Program, trade associations, trainers, and utilities nationwide support this standard of excellence."
