FORT MYERS, Fla. — The 18th Annual International Maintenance Conference (IMC) has been scheduled to take place in Clearwater, Fla., from Dec. 7-10, 2003. The theme for this year’s conference is “Mastering the Maintenance Process.”

According to organizers for the event, maintenance and reliability professionals will have the opportunity to learn from each other through a series of presentations, question and answer sessions, roundtable discussions, and three full-day workshops. Topics covered during the conference include techniques for maintenance and reliability, predictive maintenance and conditioning monitoring, and maintenance basics such as prioritizing, planning, and scheduling work. Conference organizers are also adding a PdM/Condition Monitoring track, as well as a half day of maintenance basics.

In addition, IMC-2003 will offer participants the opportunity to sit for the new Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Exam offered by the Society & Reliability Certifying Organization.
