TORONTO - Armstrong Pumps Limited has acquired the business assets of Howard Anderson Ltd. and the trading names Holden Brooke Pullen, Baric, and RMI. The new company is called Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen Ltd.

The acquisition includes the Holden Brook Pullen and Baric facilities in Manchester and Redhill, England, and the RMI facility in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. The facilities employ over 200 people.

Armstrong is an international provider of a range of fluid-handling products for the building services market. Holden Brook Pullen designs, manufactures, supplies, and services pumps and associated equipment. The company has supplied the building services sector and water and waste industries.
