KENOSHA, WI — A unique opportunity for Kenosha-area contractors is being developed at the Kenosha Trade and Commerce Park. The development will offer 90,000 square feet of retail, office, and warehousing space to contractors, tradesmen, and retailers.

The first 30,000 square foot phase is planned to provide retail space aimed toward serving the construction trades. Construction of the first phase is scheduled for November 2002 completion. Phases two and three are designed to provide office and warehouse space for contractors and tradesmen.

The overall goal of the complex is to provide a one-stop shopping experience to the consumer when considering home construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
