Hill Phoenix Sells KC Branch To Fagan Co.

CONYERS, GA — Hill Phoenix Inc., a Dover Company, has announced the sale of its Kansas City branch operation to The Fagan Company, based in Kansas City, MO.

The deal brings the commercial and industrial refrigeration and display case expertise of Hill Phoenix to The Fagan Company, considered one of the leading HVAC and refrigeration service contractors in the Kansas City and Wichita areas.

According to Ken Karr, president of The Fagan Company, the alliance benefits both companies, particularly in creating opportunities in the supermarket industry.
