  • NUHEAT (Vancouver, BC, Canada), a manufacturer of radiant floor heating, will set up U.S. offices to serve the Midwest, Northeast, and Pacific Northwest, as well as California, Arizona, Nevada, Montana, and the Dakotas.

  • Kobe Steel Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) and Wieland-Werke AG (Ulm, Germany) have agreed to merge their copper tube operations in the United States into a new 50/50 joint venture company.

  • EASCO Boiler Corporation (Bronx, NY) has announced that, through a partnership with a company that has the ability to perform onsite postweld heat treatment, the company can now produce high-pressure boilers on the jobsite.
