The Model 61 infrared thermometer features a laser beam for easy aiming and is ideal for measuring rotating, electrically live, dangerously hot, or hard-to-reach objects, says the company. Like the company’s Model 65, Model 61 has a single front button and an ergonomic design. When the button is pressed and held down, the laser illuminates and temperature readings are continuously updated and displayed on the backlit LCD screen. It has an optical resolution of 8:1 and comes with a holster.
