HOUSTON, TX — ECOutlook.com, an e-business service company, and Goodman Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Goodman Holding, announced that they will implement a multi-part data-exchange system between Goodman and its trading partners to improve customer and supplier relationships.

Goodman Manufacturing said it will bring a number of forms, reports, and business processes online using ECOutlook.com’s “web forms” and server-to-server Internet transport. These will enable Goodman to send the majority of its documents electronically.

These documents include order information, shipping information, order fulfillment status, purchase orders, and inventory documentation. “Our key motivation…is to provide distributors with a more efficient and effective method of conducting business with Goodman Manufacturing,” said David Parks, executive vice president and CIO for Goodman Manufacturing.
