Chris Johnston and James Coe have been named vice presidents in the Atlanta office of Syska Hennessy Group.

Johnston will serve as chief engineer for the firm's Critical Facilities Team, which provides consulting, engineering, technology, and construction services for data centers, trading floors, manufacturing facilities, and hypercritical business facilities. Johnston has more than 35 years of engineering experience for clients in the retail, technology, telecommunications, and financial industries. Previously, he served in various engineering and management positions within the industry. He has focused on critical facilities since 1988.

Coe will oversee Syska Hennessy Group's Southeast region, including offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, N.C., and Jacksonville, Fla. As a member of the firm's Critical Facilities Team, he will be responsible for leading and expanding that practice in all the region's offices. Coe's background includes designing and managing critical facilities programs for corporate, retail, education, and telecommunications clients. He also previously served in various engineering roles for the Navy, and has specialized in critical facilities for the past 11 years.
