International Service Leadership (ISL) is hosting its first-ever Virtual Conference and Tele-Convention this month. The conference offers technical training for technicians and managers on a variety of topics.

Participants will need a computer with a standard modem and a speaker phone in an area where staff can sit comfortably and take notes. On Monday, Dec. 10, at 3:15 p.m. Central Time, participants can log on to www.islinc.tv (website). This link will allow the participants to connect with hundreds of other members throughout the United States and Canada.

For more information, contact Janie Waters at ISL’s Brentwood, TN, office, 800-585-4452.
