Grochmal adds his own helpful hints to the newsletter, An Engineer’s Opinion. He said the information is published “to assist homeowners in creating the healthiest, most comfortable environment in their homes at the most reasonable cost.”
He asserts that the newsletter keeps his companies — Atlas A/C Co. and the newly acquired W. Skerratt Heating Co. — in front of the customer. He goes on to talk about maintaining furnaces and air conditioners through regular tune-ups and adding accessories to improve indoor air quality (IAQ).
