The company has announced the availability of its Enterprise version 3.0 software with improved func-tionality, which increases call-taker, scheduler, dispatcher, and technician performance and productivity, says the manufacturer. The product’s Crystal Reports® provides detailed customer servicing and account information, while enhanced role-based security capabilities allow direct access to information once available only through operations, says the company. The Enterprise software line includes FX Mobile® for field technicians, FX Service Center® for dispatch and office personnel, FX Interchange™ for back-office integration, and FX Foundation® for database, security, and infrastructure.
