LAKELAND, FL — Payne AC & Heating Inc. was the subject of a recent story about Carrier’s newest Distinguished Dealers in the company’s WeatherVane newsletter.

Payne AC & Heating is in its 65th year with annual sales of $8.7 million. President is Steven Walker. The business is 41% commercial, but the residential side is growing quickly, said Walker.
