  • The International Code Council (ICC) (Falls Church, VA) has announced plans to consolidate the evaluation services offered by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc. (BOCA), International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO), Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc. (SBCCI), and National Evaluation Service, Inc. (NES). The single evaluation plan will go into effect by Jan. 1, 2003.
