The new TPMP2 three-phase motor protector, configured in a compact package, provides basic, inexpensive protection for motors against
loss of phase and unbalanced voltage conditions, says the manufacturer. The unit disconnects the motor pilot circuit on loss of one or more phases, or when the voltage imbalance between any of the two phases exceeds 7%. It will reenergize the circuit only when all three phases are present and the voltage imbalance is less than 7%.
