DES PLAINES, IL — As part of an ongoing educational mission, the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), North American Technician Excellence (NATE), and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC), have worked in conjunction with the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) Technical Institute to co-sponsor the “Residential and Light Commercial HVACR Service Technician Reference Manual/Guide for NATE Certification.”

According to RSES, the purpose of the publication is twofold: to offer solid, in-depth assistance for those technicians preparing to take the NATE certification exam; and to serve as a research and reference source for technicians already in the hvacr industry. The guide includes information on major service topics and provides suggestions for trouble-shooting and problem solving.
