ServiceChannel Moves Transaction Cycle to Net

NEW YORK, NY — ServiceChannel, an Internet-based services company for the facilities maintenance and repair industry, and Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX), an “ePayment” processing company, have implemented an electronic invoice presentment and settlement capability for ServiceChannel users.

The capability will enable contractors to submit electronic invoices to property owners and facility managers online, and can reduce the receivable cycle (typically 60 to 90 days) by allowing facility managers to remit payment electronically, either by using a purchase card or electronic check.
