The Chronotherm® IV Plus programmable thermostat is Energy Star-labeled, maximizes comfort, and offers consumer-friendly features and a bigger, brighter, easier-to-read display, says the company. The unit is accurate to within 1°F of the thermostat setting, the company says. An information key tells present setting and outdoor temperature (with optional outdoor sensor). No batteries are needed; a memory chip maintains settings in case of power failure, says the manufacturer.
