  • The Trane Company (Tyler, TX) has been named a Sears Partner in Progress for 2000.   • Randolph Bard, the second-generation family leader of Bard Manufacturing (Bryan, OH), was inducted into the Modular Building Institute (MBI) Hall of Fame for his significant hvac contributions to the modular building industry. Bard retired from the company in 1981 after 55 years of service.
  • The board of directors of Modine Manufacturing Company (Racine, WI) approved an annual dividend of $1 per share on its common stock for fiscal 2002. This dividend will be consistent with the fiscal-2001 rate and will be payable quarterly at $0.25 per share.
  • Research Products Corporation (Madison, WI) announces that it will again offer free dealer imprints on all of its digital and programmable thermostats through June 30.
