• AGC Group, Inc. (Houston, TX), announces that it has amended its loan agreement with its senior lender, Bank of America, N.A., to waive the company’s noncompliance with certain financial covenants of its agreement as of February 28, 2001, the end of its last fiscal year. AGC believes that it will be in compliance during fiscal 2002 with amended financial covenants contained in the agreement. The company also announces that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel was unwilling to grant AGC additional time for its common stock to attain a closing bid price of $1 per share, and accordingly determined to delist the company’s common stock from the Nasdaq Stock Market effective May 9, 2001.
