These carbon dioxide (CO2) sensor models are designed to ensure proper ventilation, occupant comfort, and energy efficiency in commercial buildings, the manufacturer says. The C7232 family is a compact and lower cost addition to the company’s current C7242 models, says the company. The new sensors feature a gold-plated sensing chamber and the same non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology used in current models. The sensors are designed for use in larger facilities with built-up hvac systems as well as smaller commercial buildings with packaged rooftop units.
