The ALLGUARD® motor quality system is available on all of the company’s low-voltage NEMA frame motors. The system is said to combine motor winding protection with advanced motor bearing lubrication. The winding of each motor includes next-generation pulse endurance wire for improved life and higher temperature pulse endurance performance, says the company. The varnish used has 700 times the NEMA-required humidity resistance and twice the hot bond strength of epoxy varnish, the company says. The system also features new Exxon Mobil Polyrex EM™ grease, formulated specifically for electric motor bearings.
