• S.I. Goldman Company, Inc./Comfort Systems USA (Longwood, FL) has won the contract for hvac systems and is teaming with Tharpe Plumbing (Orlando, FL) for construction of the new Festival Bay Mall to be built in Orlando, FL. Completion of the new mall is scheduled for Feb. 2002. In addition, S.I. Goldman has spent the last month gathering food to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank in Orlando, FL. More than 2,500 pounds of food was collected during the contractor’s five-week drive and was donated along with a check for $1,000.
  • RHP Mechanical Systems, Inc. (Reno, NV) has again been named to the Lennox Dealers Circle of Excellence. The award is designated to those among Lennox’s top 2% of dealers across the nation, and this is the sixth time RHP has earned the honor.
  • Comprehensive Energy Services Inc. (CES) (Altamonte Springs, FL) is providing design/build installation of hvac at the new, three-story Florida League of Cities office building in Orlando, FL. The work includes installation of a 100-ton capacity chilled water system and a complete direct digital control building automation system.
  • Jed Linden has been named a vice president at EMCOR Facilities Services (San Francisco, CA), an operating division of EMCOR Group, Inc. Mr. Linden was previously an operations manager for the division.
