ServMan (Charlotte, NC), a division of Westar Technologies, Inc., announces that Pepco Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Potomac Electric Power Company (Washington, DC), has selected ServMan™ 4.0 software for Pepco Energy’s new call center operation. The center will manage and dispatch the services of hvac, roofing, siding, window, and other independent service contractors to residential and small commercial customers in Pepco’s service areas in Washington, DC, and major portions of Prince George’s and Montgomery counties in suburban Maryland.
