IR owns in excess of 93% (including shares subject to guaranteed deliveries) of Hussmann’s outstanding common stock. Also, IR Merger Corp. will be merged with and into Hussmann

The merger of Met-Coil Systems Corp. into Mestek, Inc.’s subsidiary, Formek (Westfield, MA), has been completed.

Nordic Air Inc.

Nordic Air Inc. (Geneva, OH) purchased a manufacturing facility in Chadbourn, NC, that will produce the 2K Series industrial window/wall air conditioner. The severe-duty line will continue to be produced in the Geneva facility.

Danfoss Automatic Controls

Danfoss Automatic Controls (Baltimore, MD) has changed its name to the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Division of Danfoss Inc. Robert Wilkins, president of Danfoss Automatic Controls, will continue as division president under the new name and will assume additional responsibilities as president of Danfoss Inc. The headquarters of Danfoss Inc. has relocated from Rockford, IL to Baltimore.

Airsopure Inc.

Airsopure Inc. (Dallas, TX), the franchise division of Airtech Inc., opened stores in Memphis TN, Kansas City MO, and Las Vegas NV. The company said it is planning to open a total of 100 stores this year.
