The new “Mini” datalogger allows temperature tracking of perishable products by enclosing or attaching the slim-profile unit using the holder supplied or the stainless steel chain. The logger measures and stores the results in a protective memory section. If the temperature leaves the user-programmable range, the unit will record when this happened, for how long, and if the temperature was too high or too low. Up to 2,000 readings can be stored. The data can then be transferred to a PC via the serial port.
