WACO, Texas - Aire Serv, a franchising company that provides HVAC and repair services, honored its outstanding franchisees during the company's 2006 annual conference in Phoenix.

Connie and Tim Funke, Aire Serv of the Heartland franchise in Missouri, were awarded Franchisee of the Year. Woman of the Year, Kelley Porter, is from the Greenwood Aire Serv franchise in Washington. Excellence in Leadership was awarded to Steve Lauber of the Aire Serv of Gillette franchise in New Jersey. Gary Williams was awarded the President's Award for his role at the Aire Serv of Comfort Zone franchise in Virginia.

Builder of the Year and Sales Leader of the Year Michael and Kelley Porter are from the Greenwood Aire Serv franchise in Washington. David and Kristine Samuel from the Aire Serv of Southwest Missouri franchise in Missouri were recognized as the Recruiter of the Year, while Mark Lawson of the Aire Serv of Southern Illinois franchise in Illinois was recognized as the Sales Person of the Year.

Rookie of the Year went to Harry and Carolyn Roberson, Aire Serv of Central South Carolina franchise in South Carolina; Technician of the Year went to Alex Lyman, Aire Serv of Comfort Zone franchise in Virginia; and Dawn Ellis, Aire Serv of Central Indiana franchise in Indiana was awarded Customer Service Representative of the Year.
