The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a pre-publication Federal Register final determination pertaining to miscellaneous refrigeration products (May 19, 2016). DOE is classifying miscellaneous refrigeration products, which include coolers and combination cooler refrigeration products, as covered products under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
