• Hypertherm Inc. (Hanover, New Hampshire) was named a 2015 World’s Most Ethical Company by the Ethisphere Institute (New York).

• Distech Controls Inc. (Brossard, Quebec, Canada) announced it is being acquired by Acuity Brands Inc. (Atlanta).

• Fuji Electric Corp. of America (Edison, New Jersey) announced its FRENIC-HVAC and FRENIC-AQUA were awarded the Green Building Product Certificate by the Singapore Green Building Council.
