BEDFORD, Mass. — F.W. Webb Co., a major Northeast distributor of plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, pipes, valves and fittings, and more, has announced the acquisition of Watertown Supply, Watertown, Massachusetts.

For more than 65 years, and three generations, Watertown Supply has specialized in piping, plumbing, and heating with a special focus on repair parts for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Watertown Supply stocks more than 64,000 products and offers genuine manufacturers repair parts.

“Watertown Supply is a reputable company with more than six decades of providing exceptional service to industry professionals locally and beyond,” said Jeff Pope, president, F.W. Webb. “Adding Watertown Supply strengthens our company’s positioning in replacement parts and builds upon F.W. Webb’s expertise to better serve our customers. Being a long-standing family business with New England roots and similar values, the joining of our two companies is a natural fit.”

Following the acquisition, the company has been rebranded as Watertown Supply, a Division of F.W. Webb Co. It will continue to operate at its location at 33 Grove Street in Watertown, Massachusetts, joining F.W. Webb’s South Boston warehouse to increase the company’s area presence. Services available at the Watertown Supply location include standard and custom tool repair kits, custom orders, and locating discontinued parts.

“When we looked at merging our business, we wanted to find a company that shared our same commitment to going the extra mile for our customers and F.W. Webb fit the bill,” said James Tragakis, president of Watertown Supply. “This is an opportunity to join a brand with nearly 150 years of service to the industry and bring additional value to the business and its customers.”
