SANTA ANA, Calif. — Orange County contractor Service Champions has aided the Villa Center with complimentary installation of two new heating and air conditioning systems provided by Lennox. The Villa Center is a home specifically for women recovering from alcoholism and has been in service since 1963.

“Giving back to our community is extremely important to the Service Champions family. Nothing gives us more pleasure than to help give a little more comfort to others. I am extremely proud to be able to donate our time and effort to install new HVAC systems for the Villa Women’s Recovery Center,” said Leland Smith, owner of Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning.

The Villa Center is a shelter in Santa Ana built for women recovering from alcoholism. With several rooms and specialized programs, the shelter houses women of all different socioeconomic backgrounds and ages with the unified objective of sobriety. Each tenant is a team member within the home and has responsibilities to participate in household duties and recovery programs. To thousands of women, the Villa Center is a refuge and a resource center for support and direction.

With demand for the Villa Center growing, maintenance for the facility has grown increasingly important. To help in the best way they can, Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning and Lennox International teamed to provide heating and cooling assistance.
