JONESBORO, Ark. — Camfil Air Pollution Control (APC) has expanded its corporate headquarters with the opening of a 13,600-square-foot office facility for sales and administrative staff. The facility includes open-plan and private offices for 85 employees and a training center to be used for customer and internal training and education programs. Construction of the new office building has also freed up additional production space in the Jonesboro manufacturing plant.

The company said the corporate headquarters expansion is the latest step in a global development program. The recent acquisition of Handte, a German manufacturer of dust collectors, mist collectors, and wet scrubbers that strategically complement Camfil APC’s Farr Gold Series® cartridge dust collection line, has nearly doubled the size of the company.

“Our expansion in Jonesboro reflects our overall growth and will help support integration of the Handte product lines into the Camfil APC portfolio,” said Lee Morgan, president. In May 2013, Camfil APC also opened a new 40,000-square-foot facility in the United Kingdom to serve industrial customers throughout the UK and Europe.

Camfil APC is a global manufacturer of dust collection equipment and is part of Camfil, a supplier of air filters and clean air solutions. For more information, visit www.camfilapc.com.
