ARLINGTON, Va. — ACCA, an association of HVACR, hydronics, and building performance contractors, has announced the launch of a new Member Service Center at http://members.acca.org, which provides a collection of online training resources for contracting business owners and managers. Through the Member Service Center, ACCA members will now have access to an extensive video library of nearly 200 seminars and training programs developed exclusively for the association.

The video seminars are led by top contractors and industry experts, and cover a wide range of topics, including People Management, Money & Operations, Marketing, Leadership, HVACR Technical Issues, Technology, Commercial Contracting, and Building Performance. ACCA said it will be adding additional presentations and webinars each month.

Available 24/7 through an Internet connection, these videos offer contractors the opportunity to improve their business and personal growth, as well as enhance their in-house training programs for their technicians and other employees.

Access to the Member Service Center is now included with ACCA membership at no additional charge.

“The world has changed, and contractors want access to good training, but we want it on our own schedule, at a place that is convenient for us,” said Bobby Ring, ACCA national chairman and president of Meyer & Depew in New Jersey. “With this new online platform, we can get new ideas and answers to our questions whenever we need them, in addition to what is available in some areas at local meetings. Best of all, we now have access to the best minds in our industry from all over the country, not just our own backyard.”
