DENVER — Johns Manville (JM), a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced that it has launched a redesigned corporate website that consolidates the multiple websites it previously used to present information to the public and its customers. The updated website, available at www.jm.com, utilizes responsive design for more adaptability with tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices.

Users formerly obtained JM information via a number of websites, including www.jm.com, www.jmeurope.com, www.specjm.com, and www.jmhomeowner.com. The various websites were designed to meet the unique needs of specific audiences, including contractors, manufacturers, building professionals, homeowners, and prospective employees. With the updated website, JM said users receive an improved brand experience while continuing to easily access the information they need. The consolidated website provides a better opportunity to see the breadth of the company’s product offerings, and allows users to quickly access information using a variety of devices.

The redesigned website is available in English. Content is currently being translated and soon sections will be available in Canadian French, Chinese, German, Slovak, Spanish, and Swedish for the convenience of the company’s global customers.

“We undertook this significant effort to support the growing needs of our diverse customer base,” said Mary Rhinehart, JM president and CEO. “With additional language capabilities, clear navigation, and easier access from mobile devices, this is a solution-driven website that delivers an outstanding user experience.”
