Model GDM-8261A is a high-precision 6 ½-digit digital multimeter with dual measurement displays, 11 measurement functions, and 10 highly accurate math functions (35 parts per million [ppm] dc voltage accuracy) to accommodate the most frequently performed parameter measurements in many application fields. It offers current measurement ranges as low as 100 microamps or as high as 10 A. The GDM-8261A performs two measurements simultaneously and shows both results on two displays. The meter can be fitted with an optional scanner card for measuring 16 voltage channels and two current channels at 2,400 readings per second to facilitate the measurement of multiple test points on one or many devices at the press of a single button. The DMM-Viewer PC software package is available to support the multichannel measurements of the scanner card. A LabVIEW driver is also available to help users create virtual instruments for automated test setups.
