According to the manufacturer, plastic pipe joints succeed with smooth, chamfered ends, allowing proper fit up. The tools can be utilized for polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyethylene (PE), and polypropylene (PP) pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. The tools can be used on iron pipe and copper tubes. The deburring tools have internal pipe guides and a knurled grip for slip resistance. The blade can be sharpened and/or replaceable.
