Bases for secure rooftop equipment mounting are quickly manufactured to precise specifications. According to the manufacturer, advanced laser technology offers the tightest tolerances and allow for a superior weld. Each base is custom manufactured due to the varying specifications of rooftop units and roof configurations. Options include a built-in roof pitch, extra height for installation of sound traps beneath the unit, and a pressure-treated wood nailer. Delivery is usually within two weeks after receipt of the order. Each base has all-welded construction and is shipped to the job site in one piece if trucking permits. If the base is not able to be shipped as one piece, all corners are welded and the number of pieces is kept to a minimum.
