Crockett Ranked Among Top 10 Mechanical Contractors in D.C. Area

Included in Washington Business Journal List for Third Year Running

BOWIE, Md. — Crockett Facilities Services Inc. (CFSI), a leading provider of building operations and maintenance, mechanical contracting, and HVAC services to government and commercial clients, has been named the ninth largest mechanical contractor in the Washington, D.C., metro area, according to the Washington Business Journal. This is the third straight year that Crockett Facilities Services has been included in the top 10 mechanical contractors list. The ranking is based on 2012 metro-area revenue.

“CFSI continues to increase its market share within the commercial property management sector,” said Mark Crockett, vice president of Crockett Facilities Services. “We are focused on creating a unique customer service experience and adding value to our customer portfolio.”

CFSI’s preventive maintenance programs, encompassing mechanical, electrical, energy management, and HVAC services, are designed to help business owners, property managers, and data center/IT managers to reduce energy costs, extend equipment life, maintain tenant comfort, and decrease downtime.
