Portable, the EL-GFX-1 is a graphic temperature stand-alone data logger. Features include highly visible LEDs, an audible alarm, large memory, and temperature-triggered logging mode. The data logger’s high-contrast graphic LCD shows real-time readings, graphs, and current status, while its Micro USB port enables PC-based setup and data download. The data loggers can be used for many temperature-monitoring applications including cold chain transportation and storage, medical refrigerator monitoring, HVAC projects, etc. Users can check their current temperature data on screen to view real-time readings, graphs, and current status. This allows users to start, stop, and restart the data logger using on-screen menus. The data logger also features highly visible alarm LEDs so users stay on top of their data. The data logger uses an internal temperature probe to measure temperatures over a -22° to 176°F (-30° to 80°C) range at a resolution of 0.1°C. Using the free Windows control software, users can quickly set up the data logger and view downloaded data by connecting the device to a PC’s USB port using the supplied cable. The data logger uses Lascar’s Easylog USB control software, which runs under Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. The latest version of the control software can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer.
